Everything on this site is handmade from the natural components. We can’t guarantee that the items will be exactly as shown, or even as described; some descriptions are of art and are matters of opinion. And, we are sorry, but sometimes some items will have been sold before we realize it, and it really has to be first come first served.

If you buy anything that you are not happy with we will be glad to refund you in full as long as the item has not been worn,  or if you have bought something that has just been sold we will be happy to make another for you, as close to what you want as is possible with hand crafted things. Or we will refund you totally.

The plus side of this wibble is that we hope we can make you very happy with a totally unique item which nobody else has, and if we can’t, we will make sure you are not out of pocket. We hope you agree that is fair dealing.

Ordering
All of my pieces are one of a kind. Anything that is available on the web site is usually ready to post within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
If you would like to order a similar item to the photo, it will take me a bit longer.  Please phone or e-mail me with details of what you are interested in.  I will let you know how long it will take me to make a similar piece or whether I have something already in stock.
As each item is made by hand, variations in colour and size will naturally occur.  Every effort is made to make the design, colour and size as accurate to the photos as possible.

Payment
Preferred payment is through PayPal.  Personal cheques will also be accepted.

Posting & Packaging
Postage and packaging is included in your “BUY NOW” price, for UK only.   All packages are posted First Class Royal Mail.  Purchasers from other EU Countries, the USA or the rest of the world, please e-mail me first to calculate additional postage costs.

Commissions
You can commission your own custom-made piece of your choice. If you would like something specific to correspond to a particular colour, match a special outfit, or even an exclusive gift for someone you love, I do offer a Bespoke Service.
If you are interested please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as I can to discuss your ideas with you. You may need to send me a colour reference to work from.  I will always do my best to meet your specifications and look forward to hearing from you.

Returns
I want you to love your necklaces, scarves and booties – even your tea-cosies!  But if your purchase isn’t what you expected, please send me an email within 3 days of receipt and we can discuss a replacement or refund.NB These art works are not covered by The Distance Selling Regulations, or The Sales of Goods Acts.  However we will do our best to sort out any problems in good faith.
